STS Terms & Conditions
In-Store Consignment Sales
10% of the sale, 90-day commitment.
If the item does not sell within 90 days, we charge a small fee of $40 per item.
Refunds
All sales are final, no refunds on firearms period.
In-Store Layaway
Refunds on Layaway’s will be handled on a case by case basis, subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
Other Terms
No sales to Non-Residents
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
